just for those who are hard core into every inch. the t.v. you attach to this, will fit about 3-4 in from the wall, so its more of a t.v. float then a wall mount.

I really see no reason to spend more money on a Wall Mount. This one works great. We use it on the wall directly across from the bed so it feels like we are in the movies every night. This set up therefore requires no adjustments to the tilt of the TV Mount so it works perfectly for us.

Although installation was definitely a two-person job and the included instructions were a bit vague (and lots of extra hardware was included, confusingly), the final result is worth it. The TV can now rotate easily to be seen from any part of the room. The mechanism feels extremely sturdy and the swing action is smooth. The articulated joints are stiff enough to hold the TV in place, but rotate easily when repositioning the set.
