I installed two tv's with this device and the sense of accomplishment still hasn't left me. I am very proud of this purchase. I give this product three thumbs up. (More customer reviews)Ordered mount from website specifically for an Olevia 37" flat screen LCDTV. Received mount was a generic, one size fits all model. Item came with a large bag of assorted screws, spacers, washers. Was only able to utilize 4 of 6 mount sites on TV. Mount was definitly not designed for this Olevia 37". Later, decided to upgrade to a Proscan 47" flat screen LCDTV that weighed 22 lbs more and the same mount fits and works perfectly. Had to use the attachment screws from the tv stand on the mount though. Nothing in the bag of screws fit w/o cutting or using plastic spacers. Ultimately, this a sound and well made mount. Just make sure your tv fits it.

(More customer reviews)This is a solid, well-made product. It comes with everything you MIGHT need including an adapter plate, spacers, and various screws. Since I was only mounting a 32" Westinghouse LCD television that had standard mounting holes on the back my installation didn't require the extra stuff. The 32" TV I mounted weighs about 32 pounds after its table mount is removed, so this wall-mount handles it effortlessly.
Keep in mind that this is an folding, jointed device, so you will need to mount it to the wall (in a stud) off-center if you want it to fold flat against the wall and be centered. Of course if you want to keep your TV sticking out from the wall permanently then center it. Be sure to measure for your own needs. Here is a link to a pic with the dimensions:
