(More customer reviews)If your like me, I wanted an HDTV without paying a fortune, and this is the one to get. Under $600 at Walmart in Nov. 08. I had a Comcast tech hook up my HD box and this TV was accepting the 1080i signal even though the ad says 720p. The picture looks like a bright and vibrant professionally taken photograph! No complaints. What I really liked is sometimes the HD signal will cut off the bottom and top of the picture but the VISIO has an easy menu that quickly allows you to adjust the vertical size without distorting the picture so you can always watch a full screen. Sound quality is pretty good with the built in speakers but would be awesome with a surround sound system. I cannot imagine anyone being disappointed with the purchase of this HDTV. Nice looking TV too! Remote is simply laid out, user friendly and functional without being overly complicated. This is the VW37L model which is the newest offering from VISIO. I am a happy HDTV camper!
