(More customer reviews)Simple to setup and holds my 46" tv just fine. Since it is an off brand the build quality isnt perfect, the arms do seem to sag just a bit under weight but does not affect ability to move and with adjustments you are able to get a perfectly flat and level angle. If your really determined to have perfect mount without any sag then buy a quality mount in the $120+ or even $200+ range but if you just want a cheap mount that does the job and not looking for superior build quality don't spend more than $60 on a mount. This one does just fine so far...and its easy to install I installed it alone! no second hand but I dont recommend it I got lucky I could have really messed up. 2 people at least to install, 3 is just right, two people to hold while the third guide, positions, drills and keeps everything moving smoothly. 4th person can bring food and drink for celebration afterwards but make it fast this wont take more than 30 minutes from opening box to reclining in the lazy boy.
