(More customer reviews)We bought this unit bec we saw it in the store and the picture was outstandingly beautiful. What we could not have known was that there would be an extremely annoying mismatch of picture and audio in the HD mode using our Comcast Motorola HD cable box. After realizing this problem, we Googled it and found multiple, similar complaints. Then we used the Contact Us feature in the LG website, and a tech offered to send us a firmware update. We declined bec we knew from other complaints found in Google that the LG "fix" -- a firmware update they offered -- did not help. Plus, it would take a few weeks to arrive. That would put us beyond the return deadline. So we returned the unit and paid $100 more for a 26" Sony Bravia 5000 which we love and does not seem to have this problem.
