(More customer reviews)I got the first set in February of 2008 but had to return it since it had 1 bad pixel which was a bright green dot near the top center of the screen. I had no problem returning it to the vendor which was great "wegotbetterdeals" and I highly recommend them. The reason I am not upset was because the Amazon details of this product were incorrect. Both the sets I received must of been updated models even tho they were SYTPT3227AB 32inch models. This model has (3) HDMI ports, not one and a 8ms response time, not 12ms as stated in the description. Needless to say this more then made up for the first set I received with the bad pixel. Set has been working great as of 4/24/2008 and has a quick startup time. Only issue I had was with my Cablevision remote won't operate the TV as well as many other universal remotes I tried. Solution is to buy a "Learning Remote". I am using a SONY RM-VL600 and it was under 30 bucks. Also has the option to turn the TV and cable box on and off with one button if you program it. Hope this helps everyone.
