(More customer reviews)I bought this TV for use in my tent in Afghanistan. The picture and DVD operation are good, but the sound is so bad you can hardly hear it when the volume is up all the way. I email Coby customer support and explained the problem and told them I had already tried multiple DVDs to same end. I got an email from them the next day saying, "Movies are recorded at lower volumes." That was it! No suggestions, no settings, nothing! SO I called them and was told on the phone, "Well it must be broke, send it back."
Order if you like, but I consider this buy a waste of money.
