(More customer reviews)I bought another TV from a retailer last year, a better known brand, and frankly never liked the quality of the picture. It was also having issues with my cable system for some reason.
The Sansui - I've never heard of the brand - was exactly what I was looking for and at the price offered I decided to replace it and take a risk.
The picture, after adjusting the factory settings, is wonderful - and the sound is very clear and "round". DVD's play beautifully - I have not tried the MP3 - but the sound is so wonderful and it has plenty of USB ports for additions.
I hoped it would be "as good" as the TV I am replacing - with addition of an internal DVD player - but I had not expected it to be so much better.
